A Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas do Ministério da Fazenda divulgou, na noite desta quarta-feira (2), as versões atualizadas das listas de empresas de apostas de quota fixa, bets (marcas) e respectivos sites que podem continuar funcionando até o fim deste ano, em âmbitos nacional e estadual. As relações substituem as divulgadas nessa terça-feira (1º). Na lista nacional, há agora 93 empresas com respectivamente 205 bets. Por erros no sistema de recepção das notificações, três indicações realizadas em conformidade com os requisitos e prazos não haviam sido incluídas na primeira lista nacional publicada. Além disso, uma empresa e suas bets foram incluídas na relação após a confirmação de que o pedido tinha sido devidamente assinado por um representante legal autorizado pela empresa. A partir de janeiro, as empresas que operarem sem autorização estarão sujeitas a punições, com multas de até R$ 2 bilhões por infração.
